Custom Stainless Fittings & Systems
We fabricate custom stainless steel manifolds, headers, pump stands and fittings for commercial aquatic equipment rooms. Every piece is laser welded from low-carbon L-grade stainless, 316L or 304L by project, and every design is run through finite element analysis (FEA) before fabrication.
Manifolds and headers
Flanged inlets with branch outlets sized and spaced to your equipment layout.
Pump stands and suction elbows
Flanged long-radius elbows on welded supports and base plates, ready to anchor.
Fittings and assemblies
Custom stainless fittings and systems fabricated to the engineer’s drawings.
Material and finish
316L or 304L stainless by project, laser welded to reduce sensitization (carbide precipitation) at the welds. Powder coated in our own shop: clear standard, any color on request.
How a job runs
- Drawings. Send the engineer’s drawings for the piece or system.
- Shop drawings. We submit shop drawings for your approval.
- FEA. The design is run through finite element analysis before fabrication.
- Fabrication. Laser welded from 316L or 304L stainless.
- Finish. Powder coated in our own shop: clear standard, or your color.
- Delivery. Shipped ready for your installer. Installation is by others.
